What AI Missed exists because a specific gap opened up. Building software got dramatically easier and deciding what to build did not. The result is a lot of projects that look finished and are missing the parts nobody thought to ask about.
Who writes them
A person, not a report generator
An engineer with production experience: software that real customers used, that took real payments, and that broke in real ways at inconvenient hours. That last part matters more than it sounds. Knowing what fails in production is a different kind of knowledge from knowing how to build something, and it is the only reason a plan can tell you what you are missing.
Every plan is read, researched and written individually, which is why there is a queue and a deadline rather than an instant download.

We front this work under the business rather than an individual. The honest tradeoff is that a name and a photograph would make the consulting pitch easier, and we have decided the work should carry it instead: published checklists, plans you can hand to a developer, and a site that passes the same audit we sell.

Fixed price, fixed deadline
You see the price before you pay and the deadline before you agree. We quote the project rather than the hour, so the number does not move while we work. We advertise 5 working days and usually deliver in 3.
Generous with knowledge, strict with hours
Everything we know that can be written down, we write down. What we will not do is become an unpaid on-call engineer, which is why an included call is one call, 30 minutes, within 2 weeks. That boundary is published rather than discovered.
We say when you do not need us
Some requests get a reply saying the project is fine, or that the thing worrying you costs an afternoon to fix yourself. That reply is free and it is the only reason the rest of our advice is worth anything.
No manufactured urgency
Fear sells and it is the fastest way to lose the credibility this whole business runs on. If your project has nothing dangerous in it, the dangerous-parts section of your plan is deleted.
