Terms of service

Last updated 15 August 2026

Plain English, and short on purpose. These terms cover what you get when you buy a plan or a review from us, what you pay, when it arrives, and what is not included.

Who you are dealing with

What AI Missed is a sole proprietorship based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at hello@whataimissed.shop. That address is monitored and is the correct route for anything to do with these terms.

What we provide

We provide written guidance: build plans, audits of an existing site or application, and pre-launch reviews. The deliverable is a written document, plus one 30-minute call where the tier you bought includes it.

What we do not provide:

  • We do not build, host, deploy, maintain or operate your software. Where you want experienced help while you build it yourself, that is paid support charged by the hour and quoted separately before it starts.
  • We do not write code or coursework on your behalf.
  • We are not lawyers, accountants or tax advisers. Where a plan touches tax, GST, company registration or data protection compliance, it tells you what to ask a qualified professional. It is not itself legal or financial advice.
  • We do not provide ongoing or on-call support. See the section on the included call.

How ordering works

  • You send a request through the form. This costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
  • We reply within 24 hours with the scope and one fixed price for your project, or with an honest note that we do not think we can help.
  • If you want to go ahead, we send you payment details.
  • Work begins once payment has cleared. Your delivery deadline is counted from that point.

Prices and payment

We quote a fixed price for the project rather than an hourly rate, so the figure does not move while we work. It is stated in writing before you pay and it is the figure you pay. Prices are one-time: nothing renews, no card is stored, and no subscription is created.

Prices in Indian rupees and prices in US dollars are set independently for each market; one is not a conversion of the other. Paid support by the hour, where you ask for it, is quoted separately and agreed before any of it is worked.

Taxes, where they apply, are stated on the invoice. Payment gateway or bank charges on your side are yours to bear.

Delivery

Plans and reviews are delivered within 5 working days of cleared payment. We usually deliver in 3. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

If we are going to miss the deadline, we tell you before it passes and offer you the choice of a new date or a full refund. If we miss it without telling you first, you get a full refund and you keep the work.

Delivery depends on you giving us accurate information and, where the tier requires it, access to the site or application being reviewed. If we are waiting on you, the clock pauses.

The included call

The Pre-launch Review includes one call of 30 minutes, booked by you, within 2 weeks of delivery. It is for unblocking you on the plan we wrote. Unused calls expire at the end of that window and are not refundable separately, because they are part of the package price rather than an add-on.

Beyond that, we answer questions about a delivered plan by email for 14 days at no charge. Anything larger becomes new paid work, quoted before it starts.

What you are responsible for

  • The accuracy of what you tell us. A plan is only as good as the description of the project it is written for.
  • Deciding what to act on. We recommend; you choose. You remain responsible for your own systems, your own data and your own legal obligations.
  • Having the right to grant us access to whatever you ask us to review, and not sending us other people's credentials or personal data.

Using what we write

The plan is yours. Act on it, adapt it, and share it with your team, your client or the developer you hire. What you may not do is resell it, publish it as your own product, or use it as off-the-shelf content for other people's projects.

Limits of what we can promise

We take care to be right, and we tell you when we are not certain. What we cannot promise is a business outcome. Nobody can honestly guarantee a search ranking, a mention by an AI assistant, revenue, or that a system will never fail.

Third-party services change constantly. Every recommendation is stamped with the month we verified it, and it can go out of date after that.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to a piece of work is limited to the amount you paid us for that piece of work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data.

Cancellation and refunds

Covered in full on the refund and cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you paid, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Before anyone goes near a court, email us — almost everything is fixable in a conversation.
