What you get

What a build plan contains

Every plan has the same ten sections, filled in for your project. The structure is fixed so that nothing important gets forgotten and so that you can hand the result to a developer and get the right thing built. Sections that do not apply to you are removed, not padded.

  1. What you are building

Your project, restated in our words. It is first because it is the cheapest place to catch a misunderstanding. If we have understood you wrongly, you will know by the end of the first paragraph rather than after acting on eight recommendations built on it.

  2. What we noticed

Three to five findings specific to you, each written as what is wrong, what it means in practice, and what it costs you. Not a checklist you could have found yourself. This is the section that has to contain something you did not know.

  3. What to build, in order

At most seven items, in sequence, with the reason for the order. Each is marked as safe to do yourself, doable with care, or get help. Each carries a rough time estimate. The order is the expertise: a list of everything is not useful, knowing what to do on Monday is.

  4. Services to use

Named services, not categories. The free tier limit and what happens when you cross it, the paid price in your currency, and one alternative per recommendation so you are not locked in. Every entry is stamped with the month we verified it, because these change constantly.

  5. Accounts you must set up manually

The part almost nobody writes down, with real waiting times. Razorpay KYC takes 2 to 7 days and is not instant. WhatsApp Business API takes 1 to 3 weeks. Google OAuth with sensitive scopes can take weeks. You need to know which one to start today, because it is the only thing that waits on someone else.

  6. Where you need a human

The specific places where AI will write code that appears to work: refunds and partial payments, permissions, secrets, anything touching money or identity documents. We tell you what it will fail to handle and what that failure looks like. If nothing here genuinely applies to you, this section is deleted rather than padded.

  7. Deployment

Which hosting tier your project actually needs and what it costs per month. We do not default to the big cloud providers: most projects should never touch them, and the ones that should get told to set a budget alarm before deploying anything. We will also tell you when the answer is that hosting should cost you nothing.

  8. Domain and DNS

Where to buy and what it renews at, since the first-year offer and the renewal price are rarely the same number. Whether to use www or the bare domain, and why changing your mind later is expensive. How custom-domain email fits in, and why the record that makes your mail arrive is the one everyone forgets.

  9. What breaks if you skip this

The consequences, written in customers and money rather than technical correctness. Skip backups and the day your database is lost you cannot prove who paid you. Skip structured data and a competitor gets named by an AI assistant while you do not, with no error message anywhere to tell you.

  10. Next steps

What to do this week, what to do this month, and what must be done before you go live. Short and specific, because a plan you do not act on is an expensive document.

What it costs

We price the project, not the hour — after we have seen it.

We do not put a menu on the shop window before we know what you have got. A landing page that needs three fixes and a payment system holding customer data are not the same job, and pricing them the same would be dishonest.

A fixed price, in writing
Within 24 hours of your request you get a number and exactly what it covers. No hourly billing and no estimate that grows. The number we send is the number you pay.
Nothing charged until you agree
No account, no stored card, nothing that renews. If the answer is that you do not need us, that reply is free and you have lost three minutes.
Priced for where you are
Indian and international pricing are set independently on what each market bears. One is not a conversion of the other.

The process

What happens after you send it

  1. Within 24 hours — we read your request and reply with the scope, a fixed price, and anything we think you should know first, including when we think you do not need us.
  2. You decide — if you want to go ahead, we send you payment details. Nothing is charged before that and nothing is automatic.
  3. We research your situation — a focused block of work on your actual project before a word of the plan is written.
  4. Within 5 working days — your plan arrives as a page you can read on any device and share with a developer. We usually deliver in 3.
  5. If your plan includes a call — one 30-minute call, booked by you, within 2 weeks of delivery.

Before we write

What the research covers

Before writing anything, we look at your project the way a customer, a search engine and an AI assistant each would.

  • We open your site and note what we see in the first five minutes, the way a customer would.
  • We read the page source to see whether your content is really there or only appears once JavaScript runs.
  • We check your robots.txt and whether AI crawlers are being blocked, often without anyone deciding it.
  • We search for your business by name and look for you in the directories your customers actually use.
  • We ask an AI assistant about your business and your category, and send you what it says.
  • We open the site on a real phone on mobile data, not a resized browser window.
  • We read your answer to "what are you actually trying to achieve" twice, because plans go wrong by answering the stated question instead of the real one.

Standards

How we write them

  • Every recommendation carries the month we verified it. Free tiers and prices change every few months and a stale plan is worse than none.
  • We never recommend a service we have not used ourselves.
  • If a section does not apply to you, we delete it. A short plan that is all relevant beats a padded one.
  • Plans are capped at about 2,500 words, because a plan that does not get read has failed.
  • We do not manufacture urgency. If nothing genuinely dangerous is going on in your project, we say so.

Boundaries

What we do not do

  • We do not build it for you. Keeping planning and building separate is what lets us tell you a feature should be cut or a service is unnecessary. If you want a pair of hands while you build, that is paid support by the hour, quoted separately.
  • We do not write student code or student reports. The student review is guidance only.
  • We do not offer unlimited support. Where a plan includes a call it is one call, 30 minutes, within 2 weeks of delivery. That boundary is written here on purpose.
  • We are not your lawyer or your accountant. Where a plan touches tax, GST or compliance, it tells you what to ask a professional.

Send us your project

Answer fifteen questions and we will tell you which of these you need, or that you do not need any of them. The reply comes within 24 hours with a fixed price.

Request a plan

Fifteen questions, about three minutes. No account, no payment, no obligation.
